Positive Behaviour for Learning is a key focus at Oaklands School.

In the Reception Hub, we integrate our values focus into our teaching throughout each day. We have the values focuses written on the whiteboard with the students names down the side, we add ticks as the students show these values and then the teacher records these in the students CARE books. 

This week we have been focus on Showing our CARE values in assembly. The students have been learning to enter and exit the hall quietly, listen to the speaker or presentation and to Show 5. The Reception Hub has done a great job of this :)

Many students received Welcome to School Certificates in this weeks assembly. Well done to all students for going up in front of a large group to receive these.
