Today we celebrate the achievements of Annabel Keylard and Caitlyn Stewart from Room 6.

Annabel and Caitlyn both played for the Halswell Rugby League Netball Club and were part of the year 5/6 White Team. 

 The team had an awesome season only losing a few games and moving up through the season to a higher grade. 

 The Halswell White Team is all year 5 students and the grade they moved up to was mainly year 6 players and they were still very competitive. 

 Annabel was an outstanding player throughout the season who demonstrated awesome skills in all positions and had a great shooting eye.  She was a role model and was often seen helping other players. 

 Caitlyn gained confidence throughout the season and showed determination to improve her skills and showed good attitude and sportsmanship throughout the season. 

And, to quote:

Caitlyn:" I like playing defence because I like to defend people and get the ball off them, and get the ball down to my team mates to score. I like going out and giving it my best and I enjoy shooting."

Annabel:" I enjoy playing attack because I like shooting. I also like playing with my friends because I like seeing them. The thing I like most about netball is shooting."

Caitlyn and Annabel:"We both like to win!"
