Dental Care during the School Holidays
The Community Dental Service will be providing dental care for children enrolled with our service during the upcoming school holidays. The clinics will offer treatment and relief of pain sessions by appointment only. To make an appointment please call/email our Contact Centre which operates between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday throughout the holidays.
The following Dental Clinics will be open during these school holidays:
· Burnside Clinic, 96A Memorial Avenue, Burnside,
· Hornby Clinic, 2 Hei Hei Road, Hornby,
· Lincoln Clinic, 35 James Street, Lincoln,
· Timaru Clinic, Level 1, 18 Woollcombe Street, Timaru
The clinics will offer appointments between 8.15am and 4.45pm for school-age and preschool children requiring treatment.
If your child has dental pain because of an accident, please contact your dentist in the first instance.

Kelly Sports July Holiday Programmes
Bookings for our upcoming Kelly Sports Holiday Programmes at Hillview Christian School and Hillmorton High School are now available online.
The focus of our Programmes is to ensure kids are active throughout with a great mixture of games and activities to suit everyone. WINZ Subsidies are available for families that qualify and we have options of Half Day sessions, School Day sessions and Full Day sessions available.

Home or Activity Drop off Service also available for all our buddies!
We are based at Seven Oaks School, 77 Murphys Road in Halswell, Christchurch 8025
We collect children daily after school from: Ladbrooks, Oaklands, Aidanfield Christian and Halswell School. We also run a before school care programme for children from the above schools.
We drop off and pick up your children from designated meeting points in each school in our Baxter’s Buddies Vans for before and after school care. We welcome both permanent and casual bookings and offer FREE homework supervision as well as a wide range of fun activities.
Before School Care
7:15-8:45 am M-F, (breakfast provided),
$11.50 for regular bookings
$12.50 for casual bookings
After School Care - Two Care Options
3:00-4:00 pm M-F, (Healthy Afternoon Snack Provided) $11:50 for Weekly bookings
$12:50 for Casual Booking
3:00-6:00 pm M-F, (Healthy afternoon snack and optional homework help/ supervision included!)
$19:00 for Weekly bookings
$19:85 for Casual bookings

Year 9 - Enrolments 2021
All Year 8 students and their families are reminded that enrolments for Year 9,2021, Hillmorton High School close

● This is the same date for all secondary schools in Christchurch
● It is imperative that enrolments are received by this date
● All secondary schools have enrolment zones
● Hillmorton High School is not taking any out of zone enrolments at Year9, 2021
● Hillmorton High School Enrolment Zone information and map is available
in enrolment packs and on the school website www.hillmorton.school.nz
Year 8 students in our local contributing schools have received packs and they
are also available at our school office.
