You are warmly invited to fill in this Inclusive Practices Community Survey. This survey asks questions about how well this school includes your child in school life and supports them to learn.

The data from this survey is used to inform our strategic planning and helps us to better understand what is needed to support each learner to feel included and valued.

The survey will remain open until 22 November 2024.

The survey has 50 questions, and should take about 15-20 minutes to fill in.

If you have more than one child attending the school, please answer for the child you consider needs the most support with their learning.
 
Each survey question asks how much you agree or disagree with a sentence. You can choose one of four answers:

• Agree strongly

• Agree moderately

• Agree a bit

• Disagree

You will be able to add comments at the end of the survey if you wish. Please note these comments can be seen by the school team who are organising the surveys.

This survey is completely anonymous. No names are recorded and you will not be asked to give personal information that could identify you or your child. Your answers will be kept confidential and all data from the surveys is kept secure.

The information from the surveys is collected together into reports for the school. These reports aim to help the school think about better ways to support and include students.
