Emma Frampton

My name is Emma Frampton and I teach the wonderful 5 year olds in the Reception Class.
I decided to get into teaching because I have a real passion for working with children and helping them to reach their potential. I absolutely love teaching children in their early years of starting school. They make huge leaps and bounds in their learning, social skills and confidence and it makes me proud to see a child achieve success.
Being the first teacher for children starting at Oaklands is such a privilege because I get to build positive relationships with each child from the beginning of their Oaklands journey and watch them grow throughout their 8 years at Oaklands. In my spare time I like to go for walks and explore the hills around Christchurch. I also like to read, watch films/television and cook yummy meals for all my family and friends.
