The past few weeks have seen many learning opportunities for our students

I would like to congratulate our students for their great successes at the Zone Cross Country last week.

As I visit classrooms I am met with the buzz of students who have been on their trips as part of our Science Unit this term.  The comments from teachers "the best trip we have been on."   I am also impressed by the fantastic writing that has been created by these trips.  It has been disappointing for some classes with trips having being cancelled due to the weather and I know the teachers are working very hard to try and get alternative dates if possible.  These programmes are run by an outside group so the availability of another date is dependent on their programme.
