120 tastings of Risotto

Thats what our cooks on Friday morning had the task of preparing in order to share our kai with all the Year 2's.

The students had to move quickly to prepare this many servings. Our  Year 7 / 8 students showed amazing leadership skills to guide our Junior cooks. We made a tasty Silver beet and Spring Onion Risotto with our own silver beet and spring onion.

The Year 2's loved having us delivery them food to the hall. Many of them remember when last year they were the Juniors bringing the cooking to share.
