The Stars Of Matariki - Important Information

1. You will have received notification about the night your child is performing in our school prduction, either Monday 26 June, Tuesday 27 June or Wednesday 28 June.

1. The production is from 6pm - 8pm.

1. Students will need to be at school by 5:30pm at the latest on their performance night. Our green room is in the Year 1 building, near the Hall.

1. In our blog earlier this term we outlined what gear the students in our team will need to wear. Can you please send this to school in a named bag with clothing named by next Monday 19 June. We are having dress rehearsals next week so they will need their clothing for this. The clothing will remain at school until after the Production.

1. Students require:

   1. Dark-coloured tops and bottoms to wear for the performance, and then we will make luminous decorations to go over the top to represent our part of the story. Dark means black or navy blue, no large pattern/design visible, long sleeved and long pants eg tights, track pants etc. If you have questions about this please contact the team.

2. NB: We will be using some paint on the t-shirt to create a glow in the dark effect. It washes out but don’t use any stain removers and do not iron it with the paint on it.
