Introducing.... the fantastic, the super talented, the amazing... Oaklands School Dance Group!

The Dance group has been running throughout the year at lunchtime. It is an optional group to join, so it's awesome to see the keen group that continues to attend.

Students loved to have a boogie to the song "I'm still standing" from the movie Sing and have the chance to share their ideas for moves that would not only work well with the tune of the song but also the lyrics.

We have been very lucky this year and have had the chance to perform our well-rehearsed piece in many assemblies. 

I hope the dance group will continue next year and be picked up by a new passionate teacher!
