Hi my name is Brook A book that I would recommend is from a series by Lemony Snicket called A Series of Unfortunate  Events.  The second book in the series called The Reptile Room I think is a good book for year 5 to 8.  It has a lot of interasting words and tells the story of three orphans with an evil man who wants to kill 2 of them and keep one alive to get their fortune.
