A new colour scheme for our buildings

Oaklands Redevelopment —

As buildings are completed in our redevelopment, they will get a paint job in a new colour scheme chosen by the Ministry of Education.

The first buildings to be painted will be the new expanded junior block when it is completed at the end of this term. Colours include a range of muted greens and an orange accent.  The colours are Resene Half Washed Green, Smoky Green, Double Sea Fog and Clementine Orange.

The colour scheme was chosen by a Ministry of Education-engaged architect, as the Ministry pays for the new buildings and the painting of them.  The Oaklands School Board of Trustees will pay for the painting of existing buildings.
