Kia ora Families and Whānau,

As we near the Gala, please find below some helpful information:

• Performances - These run from 4:30pm-5:30pm
• Gala Opens - 5:30pm-8pm
• Bring picnic blankets and chairs if you need them, there will be food/drinks vendors there, so bring what you need to help you and whānau eat comfortably
• We will have various Food trucks and Craft stalls and Community Activity Stations
• Burgers (beef and vegetarian) $7 , Sausages $3, or 2 for $5
• We will have Rides for $2

• We will have Face Painting, Sandpit Dig, and Sponge Throw
• Used Uniforms will be for sale
• Our ever popular Cake Stall is back!
• And of course, The Chocolate Wheel!!
• Don't forget all of the Raffles as well, including Gift Cards for New World & Pak'nSave, New World Gift baskets, and Oaklands Gift Baskets

This is a cash event - there will be an EFTPOS machine on site, but if you want to beat the crowds, bring cash and avoid EFTPOS queues.
