Bronze CARE Awards

Congratulations to Emily, Marcus and Hayley for earning their final mini CARE Certificates for their Bronze CARE Awards. We are looking forward to seeing you receive your Bronze Awards next term!

Also congratulations to Jessie Braithwaite, Eva Xue, Cheryl Cheng and Jacque Wu for earning their final mini CARE Certificates for their Bronze CARE Awards on the final day of the term.

Principal's Bucket Filler Awards.

This week on Monday, Adan, Cheryl and Kharmony received a Principal's Bucket Filler at Assembly for their awesome attitude and hard work around the Year 4 Hub. Well done!

Celebration of Learning

On the last day of the term the students in Hub 4 had the opportunity to share their term's learning with the students from Kākano. We also had the chance to visit the Kākano hubs to see their learning for the term.

Learning Portfolio

In 2019 your child, with the help of their teachers, will be sharing their learning milestones through a Google Presentation. Their learning evidence will be shared with you once a term.

In Term 1 students have recorded learning evidence as per below:

  • Goals

  • Learner Profile

  • Writing

  • Numeracy

  • The Arts

  • Integrated Learning

  • Physical Education

  • Learner Licence.

Your child’s teacher has added instructional learning levels for Reading, Writing and Maths.

All this evidence will be on the Learning Portfolio by the end of Term 1.

We suggest you ask your child to share and talk through their learning with you.
