Nutty and the team are working on a few projects to help reduce the amount of rubbish being created by school lunches.

Madi, Keisha and Thomas are launching a YouTube channel shortly to spread the message about plastic and the damage it is doing to our environment.

Max & Isis have been creating a digital book and resource pack for teachers based on the book Kiwi Kiwi and Friends. This supports our learning this term on sustainability.

Thomas and Charlie have been creating resources to share with the Board of Trustees and students at our next assembly. They have also been planning for Rubbish free lunch week from 4 - 7 June.

Our dream is to make Oaklands a rubbish free school. Most of the rubbish we throw out each week comes from school lunches so we ask everyone to get on board and help save our planet.
