Information below should you wish to write a class placement request for 2017

CLASSES FOR 2017:

Again this year the school will be gathering information from students on class placement. This information will help the classroom teachers organise classes. When organising classes the teachers will take into account academic and social needs of each student. There is also an opportunity for parents to provide any information that may assist in the placement of their child.

The school cannot guarantee any specific teacher. However, if you would like to write a letter addressed to the office providing information about your child, that you believe will assist the class placement of your child, please ensure your letter has the following information:

• Child’s name and 2016 teacher and room and year level.

• Outline of the relevant information.

Please feel free to discuss any items with the class room teacher, however any request for class placement must be received in writing to the office by Friday 16th September.  You can do this either by writing a letter and dropping it into the school office or by emailing office@oaklands.school.nz.
