This week across the Year 2- 6 hubs we are introducing weekly Maths-Whizz certificates.

Starting this week to celebrate our students learning successes with Maths-Whizz the Year 2 - 6 hubs will be giving out certificates.  The following is the procedures being used in each hub:

In the Year 2-3 Hubs:

• Every Friday 4 Maths-Whizz certificates in Year 3 hub and 5 in the Year 2 hubs will be given out.  The children who have completed 4 progressions for the week will put their name into a hat to go in the draw to receive a certificate.  

In the Year 4- 6 Hubs:

• Every Friday 3 Maths-Whizz certificates will be given out in each of the Year 4- 6 hubs.  The hubs will choose a focus each week for the students to work towards to enable them to get a chance at earning a Maths-Whizz certificate. Examples of the focuses could be - number of progressions achieved that week, usage of Maths-Whizz, attitude towards using Maths-Whizz.
