Top Team Challenge Year 3-8. Coming to Oaklands on Monday 7th March. Cooperative games and a lot of fun.

Grant Forman —

A resounding success when last held in 2020, we are eagerly awaiting the 2022 version of this very popular event.

Early on Monday morning (March 7th), Dylan and the Top Team team arrive to set up for a day of fun activities, and a chance for students to develop their teamwork and co-operative skills.

This event is for Year 3-8 students.

There are 3 sessions throughout the day: 9:00am (Yr 7/8), 11:00am (Yr 5/6)  and 1:00pm (Yr 3/4).

Each session lasts about 1 and 1/2 hours and includes activities such as the water challenge, brick building, tic/tac/toe, tennis ball pipe run and a ski race, just to name a few.

As the Sport Canterbury Top Team website states:

Top Team Challenge is a series of interactive team building challenges designed to promote problem-solving, communication and team work while being active and having fun.

Here are a couple of well known sportsmen working together to achieve their goal. It worked for them.
