Maths 
This week has been a revision of the learning that has happened this term. 
The students in Miss P's group put their learning into a real life situation by making pizzas. We incorporated fractions and angles into this assessment.

Literacy

The students have been working very hard on producing a piece of writing they are proud of and that has been shared with you on HERO.

They are also continuing to complete their retelling of the Matariki story, The Eyes of Tāwharimātea.

Integrated Learning

'Taking Action' is the next step with Integrated Learning. The students have used a decision making matrix to determine what action they are going to take. The action could be a presentation, a video, an art piece or something in the community.

Celebrating Success

Every week we celebrate the ākonga and their achievements in demonstrating the CARE values. To recognise this, we create a runway where the students 'strut their stuff' where they shake hands with a kaiako and receive their certificate.
