Hornby Hockey - Hornby Hockey are looking for some more kids to play hockey in the Year 7/8 Grade. 

Pink Shirt Day - Next week is Bully Free Week. In the Year 7/8 Hub we will be doing a bunch of activities around bullying. There is also a Pink Shirt Day on Friday. 

Sausage Sizzle - Is next Thursday, please make sure that the money is in on Wednesday.

Technology -  This week was the last week of their current pentad. Next week is the first week of their new rotation. 

CARE - Bronze Certificate

Integrated Learning

Over the last two weeks we have been looking into Water Quality, Over Population, Climate Change and Bycatch.  Some of this has truely shocked our students, on the other hand, it has really engaged our students to find something they are passionate about and can make a difference in. 

Maths

It has been extremely pleasing to see that so many students have now finished the XtraMath programme. There is also a large number that only have one more stage left. 

We are right in the middle of our Time and Temperature learning. Many students can now read digital/analogue and also 24 hour time. 

We have also added our timetable for next week.
