Our students have had many learning opportunities outside of the classroom this term.

Many of our students have extended their learning with activities outside the classroom.   Students have  attended the Zone Athletics,  Orana Park, A&P Show,  Wellington Year 8 Camp, Year 4 Camp and the Maths Week in the school hall.

I was fortunate to visit the year 8 students in Wellington, watch our students participate at the zone athletics and observe the problem solving in the hall with the many mathematic challenges as part of Maths Week.

I have been impressed on how well our students are displaying the CARE values with the many learning challenges.

I have been attending workshops with Mr Forman and Miss O'Loughlin on EOTC  (Education Outside the Classroom) Learning programmes to enable use to review our present procedures and learning opportunities so that we can  improve our curriculum programme.
