On Friday 2 December Oaklands School presented our annual school gala and celebration of learning.

Once again the weather was kind to us and we had a great evening with a large turnout of students, their whanau and members of our wider community.  We opened the evening with performances from our kapahaka and dances and songs related to our terms theme of planet earth and beyond.  For the rest of the evening everyone enjoyed rides, entertainment on the big stage, delicious food and bargains from a range of stalls. A huge thank you to everyone who helped out on the night and our wonderful sponsors.
