Tena koutou Oaklands whanau. Here is a little article about my background as well as some of my interests.

My name is Mark Sy and I teach in Room 4. I completed a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning at Canterbury University in 2014. This is my second year of teaching at Oaklands School and I am enjoying every second. This year my goal is to further my professional teaching practice as well as further develop my teaching philosophy.

I spend most of my free time with something to do with netball. This year not only am I playing, but I am also coaching for Hornby. Apart from netball, I also enjoy playing basketball, listening to music and watching movies.
