This Friday is the start of the winter sport programme. 7 teams have been entered in the Year 5/6 weekly competition.

Students will depart Oaklands around 12:30pm for a 1:15pm kick off at either Nunweek Park (hockey) or Hagley Park (football, netball and rugby).

Payment for travelling students is due to the office. 

Students in the travelling teams are able to wear their green sport jacket to school on Fridays but must still wear their school uniform. They will have time to change into their playing gear before we depart.

Please note that as part of the understanding around your child being issued with a sport uniform, the following expectations exist:

* Students may wear their green sport jacket to and from school on Fridays only.

* All issued sport clothing (playing kit and jacket) must not be worn outside of Fridays. This is to ensure the longevity of the school sport uniforms.

Any damaged gear, other than through normal wear and tear on Fridays, is subject to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take care of the sport uniforms.
