The purpose of the transition week is to support your child with their transition to their new class.

We have planned a number of activities during the week to introduce your child to their new class.  We still have some appointments this year to complete.  We hope to have these completed before the transition week.  Your child will bring home their room number for 2016 on Friday 4 December 2015.
