Just a reminder that the Term 4 Activity Fees are loaded and are ready for you to make your payment on Wrap it Up . Wrap it Up, a partner website for making all school payments. From the 1st of January 2016 we’d like you to manage and pay for all your children’s school activities on www.wrapitup.co.nz

It takes only a minute to register and then you’re on your way to an easier ordering and payment life. You’ll love it and Oaklands School will love you for using Wrap it Up.

How to Register? You will only need to do this once.

• Click on the Wrap it Up logo or go to www.wrapitup.co.nz

• Click on the Register button to enter your details

• Once you have received the confirmation email from Wrap it Up, click on the link in the email and login.

• To register your children, type in their first and family names

• Start typing your school name into the “Organisation” field

• Click on the school name when it appears. A list of all the classrooms will appear.

• Click on the correct classroom for your child

• Press Save

Once you’ve completed this for all your children you’re ready to go to the “Store” and purchase.

Once registered, all school and class activities will be displayed for easy purchase.

The benefits to the school include less money handling, paper & printing cost savings and easier communication with you.

You’ll enjoy the benefits of;

• No more queuing at the school office or trying to find the school bank account number - Pay through Wrap it Up at home.

• No more remembering to return consent forms - When you pay, consent is automatic.

• No more wondering if you’ve paid - When you pay, a receipt is emailed to you and everything you have paid for is listed on Wrap it Up for easy referral.

• No more hunting around for trip details - These are on Wrap it Up for you to check any time.

• No more lost forms or forms not received - School and class activities will be listed in the weekly newsletter as a reminder to log into Wrap it Up.
