Last Wednesday Margaret Trotter, Steve Ladbrook and I had the privilege to attend the graduation of the Voice to Voice group.

It was great to hear them talk about how much they had grown in their leadership capacity and resilience and how much they valued the friendships they had built within the group.  These students have learned valuable skills for coping with transitions, managing change and building relationships. This was a pilot programme funded by the RTLB service this year for Year 7 & 8 students.  We are hoping the programme will continue next year and Tracy & Dayle (the facilitators) are busy trying to source funding to keep Voice to Voice alive and expand it into other schools.
