GKR Karate:
We have a local karate club called Go-Kan-Ryu or GKR Karate which uses the school hall each week on Friday nights. We are happy to say that GKR will be opening a new class in March on Thursday nights. Karate
is a Japanese form of martial arts which although based on self defence
also promotes confidence, concentration, co-ordination, discipline and
of course fitness. These are just some of the many great universal
skills and benefits which you and the whole family can learn and adapt
to every day life also it's alot of FUN as well. Family club where
families are encouraged to train together and is non-contact. Here's a
link which will give you a little insight about both GKR, and about the
benefits in general ( www.gkrkarate.com/promo ).
For more details about the flexible timetable and affordable one off
trial membership, give Sensei Anthony a call 0277653935. Being a new
class, he will only be taking 20 new enrolments till the class has
reached it class limit, so be in quick. Look out for more details in the
coming week.
