Here are some comments that the children in 2PS have made about their learning this year.

Learning in 2017

Jocelyn: I have been in the Junior choir and I have made lots of new friends. I learnt how do do some dance moves and performed them in the hall.

Kaydence: I have learnt to count in twos to 100. I learnt how do some dance moves and performed them in the hall.

Selena: I have learnt to read lots of words

Elena: I leant how to show resilience and I am in the Junior Choir and the Kapa Haka groups, as well as the gardening club

Charis: I can now count in twos, fives and tens at maths time. I enjoyed drawing my taniwha during Art Attack week. I learnt how do some dance moves and performed them in the hall.

Leah: I have been in junior choir and the kapa haka group. I have learned how to show resilience by keeping on trying. I learnt how do some dance moves and performed them in the hall.

Stacee:I have been a member of the junior choir this year. I made koru patterns. I learnt how to do gymnastics.

Angel: I have learned how to count backwards from 100 in tens really quickly

Harper: I have got up to Gold Level in my reading I learnt how do some dance moves and performed them in the hall. I made koru patterns.

Samantha: I have learnt heaps in maths and now I can count up to 100. I learnt how do do some dance moves and performed them in the hall. I made koru patterns.

Logan D: I have learnt to count in tens to 1,000. I’ve learnt how to write neatly.

Jasper: I’ve done some great artwork. I’ve learnt lots of reading and maths.

Di Di: At the A & P Show I learnt that you need to shear the wool off the sheep in the summer time. I can do tricky things in maths. I learnt how do do some dance moves and performed them in the hall. I made koru patterns.
