Kia Ora

My name is Lance Muller. I have been part of the Oaklands School community since 2009, teaching in years 4-8 during this time. I am currently teaching in the Year 7/8 area of the school and I am enjoying the challenges that come with teaching this age group.  I have enjoyed teaching collaboratively this year and I am looking forward to doing this again next year. My other official roles at school include over seeing the PALs (Physical Activity Leaders) programme and assembly organisation. 

When I am not teaching I am kept busy by my family. My wife Stephanie and I have 3 lovely children who keep us on our toes. I am an active relaxer and when I get time to myself I enjoy exploring the fantastic network of tracks in and around Christchurch on my mountain bike. I am also a passionate gardener and when I am not mountain biking I can usually be found outside tending to my garden oasis.
