Creating a great first impression

Oaklands Redevelopment —

Work is progressing on the new administration block and striking new entrance to our school.

While still a work in progress, it is now possible to visualise how the block might look when finished.  It is on track to be completed by the end of this year.  Because it is a construction site, we haven't been able to take pictures of the inside but as soon as we can we will share them with you.

Being built near the administration block is a new flexible learning block. This is also on track to be finished by the end of the year and ready to host some students from 2020.

The new admin block, new flexible learning block, and existing hall will eventually border a sheltered outdoor courtyard where the whole school can gather or smaller groups can play.  But good things take time, as they say, and the courtyard won't be created until later in 2020 as rooms 5/6 are there now and needed for students during our redevelopment.
