This year has been a fun and hectic year in the Year 1 Hub. Below are our favourite activities we did throughout the year. 

Here are our highlights of 2017:

Cross country because I came 4th place - Oakley

Swimming because I like going underwater and diving under to get sticks - Sam

St John First Aid because I liked the noise the ambulance made - George

Maths because now I know lots of counting numbers and adding - Kayla

Swimming because I can swim with the board - Austin

Swimming because I like practicing my swimming and floating - Olive

Swimming because I like doing my freestyle - Lillie 

Swimming because I like swimming in the water and paddling in it - Elizabeth 

Dancing because I liked the music and learning from Dean - Maya 

Cooking with Mr McAven because I liked learning how to cook things - Declan 

Swimming because I like throwing and catching the ball - Anvay 

Teddy Bears Picnic because we got to bring our soft toys - CiCi 

Cross Country because we could practice our running - Connor 

Cricket because we learnt how to use the bat and catch the ball - Duncan 

Cooking because we got to make lots of different food - Lenny 

Gardening because we get to learn how to make plants grow - Carter 

Swimming because I learnt how to swim with arm circles - Cara

Swimming because we got to play in the water - Macklin 

Koru art because I can draw koru for my family and show them  - Preet 

Swimming because the water is cold and I am happy - Nancy 

Swimming because I learnt how to go underwater and back up - Arden
