The Board will be providing updates to the Oaklands community at the end of each Term. This is a new initiative and the Board welcomes your feedback.
Board Update
The Board members for Oaklands School are:

ERO Report
Oaklands School is on a 4-5 year review cycle and the school and the Board routinely completes self reviews and audits https://www.ero.govt.nz/review-reports/oaklands-school-11-05-2018/ The last self-audit completed by the Board was Visitors and you will have noticed an increase in the signage across the school. The Board interviewed parents, teachers and office staff. We are currently undertaking a self-audit on attendance policy and procedures.

Inclusion is one of eight principles in The New Zealand Curriculum that provide a foundation for schools' decision making.
Oaklands School is an inclusive school one where all students feel they belong because they are welcomed and can participate in all aspects of school life.
