Our Diligence Assembly is this Thursday 5 December at 1.30pm in our school hall. We acknowledge students who have consistently shown Diligence in their school work throughout the year. All welcome!

This Friday 6 December we have our Annual Showcase of Talent. Start time - 1.30pm in the school hall. All parents and caregivers welcome!

Prizegiving is on Friday 13 December at 12.00noon in our school hall. At this prizegiving, we acknowledge Cultural, Sporting and Academic Excellence. The school will remain open for students until 3.05pm however, if you choose to take your child home after Prizegiving that is fine.

The Social is Tuesday 10 December, 6.30 – 8.30pm in the school hall. The theme is "We are all Stars".

We have our Annual Treat Day which is a day of fun and activities recognising the positive behaviour of students. Students will be told what to bring along and they will not need to be in uniform.

If you wish us to sell your child's uniform on your behalf, this notice is especially for you!! Second-hand uniforms can be delivered clean and in good condition to the school office on;

Congratulations to everyone that competed in North Otago Athletics on Monday the 25th of November.OIS had a large contingent of athletes at this event and they did us very proud. Placing in most events that we entered. Well done everyone!

In late August, four OIS staff began the 100 day Challenge.
