Overcoming Difficulties at School!

Learning new things is always challenging - some things come naturally while other things take time and are only mastered after hard work.

Help your child to be realistic and accept the challenges of being at school as that is what brings satisfaction and builds resilience.

Celebrate the hard-won successes!

CONGRATULATIONS to this week's lucky postcard draw. Each winner receives a $10 voucher from either Paper Plus or The Warehouse.

Thank you Network Waitaki

by Debbie Halkett

On behalf of the students and staff at Oamaru Intermediate School, we would like to thank Network Waitaki for their generous donation of $6123 towards the cost of a new demonstration teaching unit for the Food Technology room. The sponsorship will enable all students at O.I.S and our partnership schools to benefit from the improved multi-space, clearer visual demonstrations, greater success in a practical food environment, and develop life skills. We are incredibly grateful for the support of Network Waitaki and wish them well as they celebrate 100 years within our community!
