WEAR SOMETHING PINK day - Friday 19 May TOMORROW

by Belinda Hirst

Pink Shirt Day is about working together to stop bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusiveness. It’s about creating a community where all people feel safe, valued and respected, regardless of gender, identity, age, ability, religion or cultural background. O.I.S. is doing something a little different for Pink Shirt Day. Instead of Pink Shirt Day, we are having a WEAR SOMETHING PINK day: so SUBSTITUTE uniform item/s for something that is pink.

LEARNING CONVERSATIONS 2023

by Belinda Hirst

BOOKINGS ARE OPEN MONDAY 15 MAY at 12:00 noon. These 15-minute conversations are an important part of our learning programme. They allow you as parents to be informed of your child’s progress and what they need to be doing to make further gains. These will take place on Wednesday 7 June. We are asking you, if possible, to keep your child at home on that day, as the Learning Conversations will be from 8:15 am - 6:15 pm. If you are unable to keep your child at home, we have teachers that will supervise your child. Please contact the office on 4370822 to inform us if your child needs to be at school that day.
