It’s about creating a community where all people feel safe, valued and respected, regardless of gender, identity, age, ability, religion or cultural background. O.I.S. is doing something a little different for Pink Shirt Day. Instead of Pink Shirt Day, we are having a WEAR SOMETHING PINK day: so SUBSTITUTE uniform item/s for something that is pink.

The success of this delicious and popular fundraiser will provide us with funds to assist our students in many ways such as enabling guest speakers, providing in-class devices, P.E equipment and E.O.T.C.

They allow you as parents to be informed of your child’s progress and what they need to be doing to make further gains. These will take place on Wednesday 7 June. We are asking you, if possible, to keep your child at home on that day, as the Learning Conversations will be from 8:15 am - 6:15 pm. If you are unable to keep your child at home, we have teachers that will supervise your child. Please contact the office on 4370822 to inform us if your child needs to be at school that day.
