Important information...

• Touch is now finished for Term 1 and we still have outstanding Touch Fees of $20. These must be paid immediately either online - bank account details 03 0937 0207107 00 Reference: Child's Name and Touch or bring money in to the school office in a named envelope. 
• Absences/Late: if your child is away from school for any reason, it is important that you phone the school office or email the classroom teacher. To ensure that we get the right information, please leave your child’s full name, room number and reason for absence. Absences must be rung in by parents to the school office (4370822) before 9 am each day or text 0223275057. If your child is late or leaves school for any reason they must come to the school office and sign In/Out using the Vistab tablet.
• Breakfast and lunch club: our school is a part of the Kidstart Weetbix Programme. Your child is welcome to go to the food room before school and at lunchtime if they need breakfast or lunch. This is open to anyone and we do not take a roll. Often students will come into this club if they have forgotten to eat breakfast or bring their lunch.
• Uniform: At OIS we wear our uniform with pride every day. If your child is going to be out of uniform for any reason, they need to have a signed note from a parent/caregiver. This needs to be given to Mrs Meek or Mrs Hirst who will assign your child a uniform pass.
  
• Phones: if your child needs to bring a phone to school it must be turned off and handed in to their classroom teacher at the start of the day. It will be kept secure until the bell rings at the end of the day.
