From the Principal; I am grateful for...

Today we mark the halfway point in our term. I often speak to the school about always taking the time to be grateful, to pause and reflect on what we are grateful for, so I thought I would share with you some of my thinking.

Thank you Network Waitaki North Otago

A huge thank you on behalf of all of our students and staff to the team at Network Waitaki who supported us with over $6000 towards the costs for a new demonstration teaching unit for the Food Technology Room.

Thank you Youthtown Trust

A huge thank you on behalf of all of our Year 8 students and staff to the team at Youthtown, who supported us with $3000 towards the transport costs for our recent Year 8 camps to Raincliff. The sponsorship enabled us to include all students and safely transport everyone to and from camp activities. We are incredibly grateful for their support.

Health topic - Term 3

As part of the Oamaru Intermediate School Year 7 and 8 Health and PE Curriculum, your child will be taking part in the school’s “Positive Puberty” programme at the start of Term 3.
