Carolyn McMillan keeps the wheels spinning at OFS in her role as Administration Manager. Staff, clients, and insurers all are part of her role and she is responsible for managing and overseeing company's day-to-day running.

ABOUT CAROLYN

Carolyn began as the Administration Manager in March 2019. She has a background in teaching, but in more recent times ran a payroll department at an accountancy firm. 

No two days are alike in her role, and she loves the variety and challenges that the job entails and it would be hard to accurately describe the job in a sentence.  

She didn’t expect to find herself working in the insurance industry, but she is relishing the role 3 and half years in.

AFTER WORK

When Carolyn is not at work, she is a busy mum to Hunter and Annabelle and is married to James. 

She is also involved in an organisation very close to her heart, Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust, where she is the Chair of the Board, Bereavement Group Facilitator and safeTALK trainer.  She is also recently got on the Board of Trustees at Bradford School. 

Carolyn’s ideal relaxation would be on a beach in Rarotonga(where she happens to be going in 2 months) with a cocktail in hand or heading up to Central Otago with the family.
