Congratulations to Grace Twaddle who has been selected into the U20 Otago Interprovincial Rowing Squad.

Summer Sports

The following is a list of summer sports start dates so far:

Touch – Competition starts Tuesday 26 October and ends Tuesday 7 December.

Tennis – Competition starts Thursday 21 October and ends 25 November.

Water Polo – Competition starts Thursday 21 October

Handball – Competition starts Wednesday 27 October and ends Wednesday 8 December.

Softball – Competition starts Thursday 21 October and ends 25 November.

If you are interested in playing any of these sports a meeting will be held in the hall at interval on Wednesday 15 September. Teachers in charge of each sport will be present.

Just another reminder about this survey, once again if you have a spare minute, it would be great if you could fill this in. 

Sports Uniforms

It is that time of year again when the shout goes out for sport uniform and school tracksuit returns. Firstly, all winter uniforms need to be returned from those students whose winter sports competitions have finished for the season.

Secondly, we need to now be searching in all those hidden spaces in your room to find any outstanding sports uniforms or school tracksuits, under the bed in the dark spaces in your wardrobe etc.

These can all be handed into Ms Hokianga whose office is situated in the gym.

Physiotherapy Clinic

The OGHS Physiotherapy will commence again on Tuesday 14 September, please note there will be no clinic on Tuesday 21 September and will recommence again on Tuesday 28 September.
