I've recently moved from John McGlashan College to take up the position of Assistant Principal here at OGHS. 

Prior to this I worked at Kavanagh College, the Dunedin College of Education and primary schools in Oamaru, Christchurch and Dunedin. I was born and raised in Oamaru and attended Otago University. I have a keen interest in promoting the well-being of students and equipping them with the skills they will need to manage the demands of secondary school, as well as the demands of life beyond school. Over the years I have also been involved in supporting students who learn a little differently, such as students who may have dyslexia or dyspraxia. This year I will be teaching junior English and mathematics. I'm married to Daniel and have a daughter aged 18 and a son aged 16. I am looking forward to working alongside your daughters and getting to know those from the OGHS community better as the year progresses.
