The Year 12 Business Studies class were lucky enough to have Jason Leong the CEO and founder of Pocket Smith talk to them. Pocket Smith is a personal financing app that has over 250,000 users and was started in Dunedin.

As part of their assessment the students asked about motivational strategies and how they are used in business to reach the goals of the company. They looked at ideas like flexi time and heard how Jason manages a remote team and has developed a true sense of belonging.
