It was amazing to be able to come together and celebrate everyone's sporting successes over the past year. Although it wasn't the normal sports awards we are used to, we made the most of it and were still able to acknowledge all the excellent achievements of Otago Girls’ students. Covid-19 immensely impacted our sport and cancelled many tournaments over the year, however there were still a huge number of awards given including, coaches and umpires, fFive Years Participation, Outstanding Achievements, Junior in a Senior A team, Service to sport, Blues, and New Zealand Sidey Medals. We understand that it was disappointing that family and friends weren’t able to join us in celebration, but we hope you were all able to watch the video that was made. A huge thanks to everyone who has contributed to sports at Otago Girls’ and we greatly appreciate all you do.
