We are now only two weeks away from our Senior Production - the Disney favourite, High School Musical, a joint production brought to you by Otago Boys’ High School and Otago Girls’ High School.

After months of memorizing dance routines, songs, reciting scripts and turning up to band practices - our budding young actors are ready to perform this energetic fast paced musical at the  Maurice Joel Theatre, Otago Boys’ High School, with YOU as the audience.

An entertaining adventure for all High School Musical ‘...teaches us some good things in life, true friendship and love, persistence in the achievement of purposes and the ability to be yourself.’ A feel good broadway show written for teenagers and the young at heart.

Based on the popular Disney Movie, this stage performance is full to the brim with upbeat dancing and singing that leaves the audience believing that, “dance rules the world”.

Thanks to our Arts Prefects (Sarah Jocelyn and Annabel Marshall) alongside two of our Cultural Coordinators (Larissa Howie and Amara Muldrew), we can follow High School Musical’s young actors and musicians fine tuning, as we get closer to the performance date!
