Congratulations to Katie Wong, Year 12, for being awarded a New Zealand Chinese Academic (NZCA) Award.

Katie is one of nine recipients throughout New Zealand to receive this award in 2019. The award recognises Katie's commitment to her academic studies and her NCEA Level One results. Each recipient receives between $500 and $1000 each.

Last year Katie achieved NCEA Level One endorsed with Excellence (three subjects endorsed with Merit, and three subjects endorsed with Excellence). Katie enjoys Science related subjects and plans on studying Dentistry, Medicine or Engineering at University.
