Last week 10Ta were fortunate to go on a two hour bush walk as part of their Outdoor Education unit.

This was a chance to apply the knowledge they had learnt in regards to appropriate clothing for the outdoors, practising some map teading skills and applying the code of Leave No Trace. For some it was a good test for their waterproof parkas in the pouring rain. Despite the rain all students were positive and enjoyed the experience.
