Easter Baskets

Caitlin Hewson and Sophie Matehaere, Community Service Prefect —

Now that we are in the month leading up to Easter, it's time to start thinking about Easter Baskets.

For the last 18 years, we have delivered a small Easter gift to residents of local Dunedin rest homes. Students are invited to contribute some small eggs or wrapped Easter treats to go in bags for Easter. Eggs can be brought to the donations box in the school office each morning until Wednesday 5 April.

For people who cannot eat Easter eggs, students are invited to bring small packets of combs, tissues, handkerchiefs, facecloths, pens, notebooks, or small cakes of soap suitable for both men and women. Last year we delivered over 350 Easter baskets.
