Neha Hela - Leslie Groves Home and Hospital

I am currently enjoying my workplace experience here at Leslie Groves. The friendly residents and staff members have taught me many things around healthcare, such as information about medicine, how to feed the residents, understanding the residents needs and much more. Communication with many residents has been really helpful at getting to know them and has also taught me the importance of patience, which is crucial in dealing with elderly individuals. My entire experience at this placement has allowed me to understand more of what I want for my future.
