Basketball Otago is proud to continue to offer Morning Academy. This skill development programme is geared towards Otago Representative Players, Secondary School Junior and Senior A Players, and players who are very close to making their Age Representative Squads (Under 15-Under 19).

Term 2 Basketball Otago Academy will start the first week of the new term, on 3 May (Tuesday) and  will run twice per week in Terms 2 and 3 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6.30am-8.00am). It will run for 11 weeks and will finish on 12 July (21 total sessions). The 11 &12 of July are the Monday and Tuesday of the first week of school holidays and there will be Academy from 1-3pm on those days, following the Diggers Holiday Programme from 8.30am-Noon.

Skill focus areas for the players are:

1. Shooting

2. Ball handling

3. Competition

Days: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6.30am-8.00am

Note: Days are not restrictive

Cost: $80 (breaks down to $3.80 per session)
