How to Return Your Voting Paper
Please read the following instructions carefully before casting your vote.
1. By Post If you are posting your voting paper, please send it to:
Returning Officer Otago Girls’ High School, 41 Tennyson Street, Dunedin 9016
A self-addressed envelope has been provided for your convenience. Please note that due to reduced postal delivery days by New Zealand Post, we strongly recommend you post your vote as early as possible. Your vote must be received by the returning officer no later than 5 days after the election date.
2. By Hand Delivery You may also deliver your voting paper in person or have your student deliver it for you.

A secure box for voting papers will be available at the main reception. All hand-delivered votes must be received by 4pm on Wednesday, 10 September.

Voting Closes: Wednesday, 10 September at 4pm.
Important: Voting papers cannot be submitted via email or fax.
All voting papers were sent via post on 12 August. If you have not received yours, please contact the Returning Officer.
