If you have any concerns and would like to discuss these in person with your daughter's Head of House (formerly called Dean), then please contact them to make an appointment.

If you call in person to the school office without making an appointment, then we can not ensure the staff member you wish to speak to is available. By making an appointment in advance, we can ensure that sufficient time is put aside for the staff member to meet with you. Below are the contact details for the four Heads of House.

Illness and Attendance
We appreciate that at this time of the year, students may get sick with colds and flu. Please notify Mrs Jill Grant our Attendance Officer, as soon as possible in the morning if your daughter is not going to be coming to school. You can use the School App Absentee notification, call 4719727 or email jg@otagogirls.school.nz

After three days in a row of absence due to illness, the school requires a medical certificate/doctor's letter to be handed in to Mrs Grant. Thank you for your support with this.
